2. Meet or Review

We visit you or you send current garments/brand guides so we can assess fit, fabrics, and pain points.

3. Listen & Learn

We hear what you want: comfort, inclusive/neurodiversity-friendly design, fabric preferences (100% cotton, recycled blends, eco-viscose), compliance.

4. Plan Together

We outline options and pricing, and agree to duplicate your current look or re-design it ethically.

5. Design & Tech Packs

Our pattern maker creates patterns, grading, and specs/tech packs for your review.

6. Sampling

Our India sampling team produces prototypes; you trial fit and function (wash/colourfastness and durability checks included).

7. Amend & Approve

We refine, then issue a final “gold” sample for sign-off.

8. Agreement

We confirm quantities, timelines, and Fair Trade commitments; contract + PO drafted; deposit secures production.

9. Production & QA

Ethical production begins with transparent updates and quality checks at each stage; delivery window agreed.

10. Delivery & Aftercare

Uniforms arrive; final payment per terms. We support top-ups, reorders, and ongoing improvements.
